Outsourced.ph is seeking a senior full-stack .NET developer to join our Hamilton health-sector project team, collaborating on robust enterprise solutions with C#/.NET and modern JavaScript. You will mentor peers, influence architectural decisions, and help deliver high-quality software.

The role requires deep expertise across ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, and front-end tech (Angular/React). Hybrid work at Eastwood, with background checks in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in full-stack .NET development
• Prior lead or senior developer experience with mentoring and ownership
• Strong C# and .NET skills across ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF; MVC/AJAX patterns
• Front-end experience with Angular or React and solid HTML/CSS/JS/TS
• Strong MS SQL Server skills with complex queries and performance tuning
• Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for accelerating coding or reviews
• Able to work both independently and in a team with accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client system design documents

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack apps using C#/.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions and system design docs
• Build and optimize data-driven features with Microsoft SQL Server
• Review code, uphold standards, and champion unit and automated testing
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers and share knowledge through pairing and reviews
• Participate in requirements gathering, estimation, implementation, deployment, and support
• Engage with health-sector clients to troubleshoot issues and scope enhancements
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, source control, and tooling
• Adopt AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality
