Job summary

ERNI Schweiz AG is expanding its Asia Pacific presence, seeking a senior software engineer in a hybrid setup based in Metro Manila (Mandaluyong). You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software across MedTech, Industry, Finance, and Transportation domains.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in system architecture and 3+ years in a senior developer role, with strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, plus SharePoint/SPFx, SQL

Qualifications

5 years of experience in system architecture, design and development.
At least 3 years in a senior developer role with hands-on coding.
Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ReactJS and web technologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure, scalable software.
Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and front-end components.
Resolve complex production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Develop and deploy fixes, patches, and application updates.
Improve system stability and proactively prevent recurring issues.
Create technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, development and production support.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, reviews, and CI/CD practices.
Assist in automation of support processes using AI and automation tools.
