ERNI, a Switzerland-founded software development leader with a strong Asia Pacific presence, seeks a Senior Data Platform Engineer in Mandaluyong. You will design and optimize enterprise data pipelines and modern data architectures on Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and related tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years of data/ platform engineering or software engineering experience, including architecture, design, and development of integrated systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.
• Experience developing scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
• Ingestion of data from SharePoint Online, Excel, and other enterprise sources.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data lake/warehouse architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Support adoption of Databricks and Azure Data Factory for analytics pipelines.
• Monitor and optimize data platform performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product delivery teams and stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Prepare high-level and detailed technical designs for data solutions.
• Contribute to secure, unit-tested code for platform components and data integration services.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes (Scrum/Kanban).
• Stay current with emerging data/analytics technologies and propose improvements.
