Job summary

Helpware is seeking a .NET Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to enterprise-grade insurance applications. You will work in an Agile Scrum environment, designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software on the Microsoft .NET stack.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build RESTful APIs, and optimize SQL Server databases while delivering high-quality code and solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial .NET development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server.
• Experience building RESTful Web APIs.
• Frontend basics: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level apps on the .NET stack.
• Build and support distributed n-tier applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following standards.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases and stored procedures.
• Create and maintain RESTful Web APIs and backend services.
• Write and run unit tests to ensure quality.
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and devs in Agile Scrum.
• Refine user stories, plan sprints, implement features.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance.
