Job summary

RCG Global Services is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our talent pool for current and future openings. You will design, build, and support high-quality software across architectures and integrations, collaborating with analysts, testers, and product owners.

You will lead development efforts, participate in Agile ceremonies, and drive performance improvements while adhering to security standards. Night shifts and hybrid work in Makati may be required as part of rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software design, architecture and development.
• 3+ years in a senior/lead developer role.
• Experience in production support and L3 support.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, .NET Core and C#.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, product owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and document technical architectures, applications, databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Provide L3 production support by troubleshooting incidents, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
• Improve system reliability and performance through automation and proactive issue prevention.
• Debug, test, and deploy code following quality and security standards.
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, testing, deployment, and release activities.

About the Opportunity:

We are building a talent pool for experienced and highly skilled Senior .NET Developer who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. This is a pooling opportunity, which means qualified candidates will be considered for current and future openings with our clients and projects as business needs arise.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, product owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Design, develop, and document technical architectures, applications, databases, APIs, and system integrations.

• Provide Level 3 (L3) production support by troubleshooting complex incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent solutions.

• Improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency through automation and proactive issue prevention.

• Debug, enhance, test, and deploy code while ensuring adherence to quality and security standards.

• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, testing, deployment, and release activities.

• Contribute to innovation initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and technical research efforts.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and may serve as Sprint Lead when required.

• Perform other duties related to software development, system support, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in software design, architecture, and application development.

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior developer, lead developer, or equivalent role.

• Strong experience in production support, incident management, hotfix implementation, and L3 support.

• Proven expertise in:

  • JavaScript and TypeScript

  • ReactJS

  • .NET Core and C#

  • HTML and XML

  • RESTful APIs and web services

  • SharePoint and SPFx

  • Relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle

• Experience working with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, YAML, and Azure Cloud Services.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in large, diverse organizations and engage with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience integrating or developing solutions using Generative AI, AI-powered tools, or AI-driven application development practices.

• Experience automating operational or support processes using AI technologies.

• Certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum, Agile, Azure, or DevOps.

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid work setup with onsite reporting in Makati City 2-3 days per week.

• Must be amenable to night shift schedule
