Job summary

RCBC is seeking a software professional to design, develop, maintain, and enhance application systems and their manuals. The role focuses on gathering user requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring AML compliance where applicable.

You will design modules, develop interfaces, and create reports while following SDLC standards and security practices. The position requires collaboration, cloud experience, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in .NET or C#.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, maintains and enhances application systems and related documentation.
• Gathers user requirements for systems analysis and design.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications including AML processes.
• Develops file structures, interfaces, programs and reports; handles backup and archiving.
• Codes and compiles new and revised programs per SDLC standards and security controls.
• Prepares test data, conducts tests, and develops conversion/implementation plans.
• Maintains system documentation and manuals; supervises file conversion.
• Provides user support and technical assistance; conducts initial user training.
• Recommends improvements to existing procedures to improve efficiency.
