Job summary

You will gather user requirements, translate them into technical specifications, design modules, develop interfaces, run tests, plan conversions, and provide training and user support to ensure reliable system operation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information on user requirements for systems analysis and design.
• Designs application modules based on requirements and AML compliance.
• Develops file structures, interfaces, and reports specifications.
• Codes and tests programs following SDLC, security and audit standards.
• Prepares test data and conducts tests to ensure error-free coding.
• Plans conversions and implementation with supervisor approval.
• Maintains system documentation and manuals.
• Provides user support and supervises file conversion.
• Delivers initial training to trainers/users.
• Recommends improvements to procedures for efficiency.
