Job summary

Growe is seeking a seasoned backend developer to join our team in building scalable systems. You will write clean, readable code in C#/.NET 6+, work with microservices, and help drive architecture decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for improving production reliability, performance, and maintainability, implementing authentication and authorization, and ensuring tests cover critical paths.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience with C# / .NET 6+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Advanced experience with asynchronous communication and event-driven architecture.
• Experience working with message brokers such as Kafka or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, transactions, indexing, and performance optimization; PostgreSQL is an advantage.
• Advanced experience with ORM tools, such as Entity Framework.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Advanced knowledge of authentication and authorization, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Understanding of software design principles, including SOLID, separation of concerns, and testability.
• Understanding of observability and monitoring in production systems.

• Take ownership of received initiatives under the Tech Lead’s review.
