Job summary

Cobden & Carter International in the Philippines is seeking a skilled software developer to design, implement, and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs while collaborating with frontend teams. The role emphasizes scalable .NET/C# development, API integrations, and database work in an Agile environment.

You will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensure secure authentication/authorization, and continuously improve development practices and tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development with .NET and C#
• Object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
• Experience building RESTful APIs and web services
• Solid frontend development fundamentals
• Experience integrating frontend with backend APIs
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with Git or similar source control
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to DevOps practices and Agile development

Responsibilities

• Develop, unit test, and deploy custom applications using .NET and C#.
• Build responsive applications using modern frontend frameworks.
• Develop secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and external systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and backend issues.
• Support testing, deployment, and environment configurations.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
