Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Application Developer in Manila to design, build, and configure software using Natural Mainframe and Adabas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specs, write unit and integration tests, and resolve issues to guarantee software quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Natural Mainframe programming, strong SDLC knowledge, SQL experience, and familiarity with Consist or Nat editors, along with a degree

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Natural Mainframe programming language.
• Experience with Adabas tables required.
• Knowledge of SDLC and software engineering principles.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Consist or Nat editors.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years of Natural Mainframe programming experience.
• Strong educational background in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Natural Mainframe programming language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolution to meet customer needs and specifications.
