- Expert proficiency in Natural Mainframe Programming Language.
- Hands-on experience with Adabas tables.
- Experience using Consist or NAT Editors.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development principles.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience in application troubleshooting, testing, and debugging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with mainframe application maintenance and enhancement projects (preferred).
