VA Masters is seeking a skilled Developer & Automation Expert to design, build, and own end-to-end automations and data workflows. The role demands solid software architecture experience and hands-on development across databases such as SQL, MongoDB, and Supabase.

You will lead automation projects from concept through deployment, integrating tools across the stack and ensuring reliable, well-documented systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong software architecture experience.
• Experience with multiple databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, Supabase).
• Proficiency with building automations and workflows in n8n and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own automation projects from planning through deployment and maintenance.
• Integrate and connect tools across the stack (Supabase, Airtable, GreenAPI).
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using n8n.
• Architect and manage databases.
• Handle data engineering tasks and ensure clean data flows.
• Write clear, thorough documentation for every development and workflow.
• Apply CI/CD best practices to deployment and release processes.
• Use Git for version control and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve automations and data pipelines.
