Qualifications

About the role JLL's APAC Pursuits team is building a faster, sharper, more technology-forward capability for the region's most significant client pitches. We're looking for a Senior Multimedia Design Manager who goes beyond static design - someone equally comfortable producing pitch video, building a bespoke pitch website, generating AI-assisted visuals, and pulling Pursuits tech offerings & JLL's own mapping tools directly into client-facing materials. Working alongside in-country APAC Pursuits Leads and Leasing Advisory brokers, and reporting to the Creative & Innovation Lead, APAC, you'll work on priority, must-win pursuits where the bar is high and the turnaround is often measured in days, not weeks. You'll develop the concept, brief Pursuits' offshore JBS design Centre of Excellence in India to produce it, build that team's capability in digital and AI-enabled delivery, and stay accountable for the final output.

What you’ll do

• End-to-End Pitch Ownership & Cross-Regional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Regional Pursuits Leads, Creative & Innovation Lead, and Brokers to deeply understand pitch strategy, client context, and differentiators
• Proactively build trusted relationships with both local Pursuits teams and the India design unit to enhance collaboration, reduce friction, and accelerate delivery
• Manage multiple concurrent priority pursuits under deadline pressure, balancing speed with quality
• Proactively set clear expectations with stakeholders and maintain transparent, timely communication across teams to ensure alignment, manage scope, and mitigate risks throughout the pursuit lifecycle
• Execute final refinements to ensure the pitch deck/final deliverable is polished, cohesive, and fully aligned with stakeholder expectations
• Learn and apply current JLL tech offerings, emerging creative and AI tools to enhance pitch development and drive innovation in pursuit deliverables
• Concept & creative direction Partner directly with in-country APAC Pursuits Leads, Leasing Advisory brokers, and the Creative & Innovation Lead to translate pitch strategy into compelling visual storytelling
• Develop the creative concept and apply Pursuits tech offerings for each priority pursuit – mood boards, design direction, and layout approaches for PPT and InDesign pitch materials
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and secure timely approvals through confident communication and agile iteration
• Digital & multimedia Produce or direct short-form video and motion content (pitch videos, animated transitions, content animations) to elevate pitches beyond static slides
• Build bespoke JLL microsites (Journeys) for major pursuits, combining design craft with light web development, and support internal Pursuits microsites
• Use AI image and content-generation tools to create bespoke, on-brand visuals and custom interactive elements that differentiate JLL's pitches
• Become the team's go-to expert on JLL's tech tools including Pursuits Tech offerings, Blackbird (3D geospatial & market intelligence) and MapIt (site mapping) platforms, integrating their outputs directly into pitch narratives rather than treating them as a separate step
• With the Creative & Innovation Lead, rapidly evaluate and adopt new AI, design, and video platforms as they emerge, bringing new capability into the team's toolkit ahead of the curve
• Delivery with the JBS Centre of Excellence
• Brief Pursuits' offshore JBS design Centre of Excellence in India for production, providing annotated guidance, source files, style notes, and clear expectations
• Build JBS capability in video, web, and AI-enabled delivery so the team can execute increasingly complex digital assets independently
• Act as the quality guardian: run structured reviews at key milestones, give precise feedback, and hold the standard for consistency, accuracy, and premium finish
• Set realistic, transparent timelines that account for review cycles, stakeholder availability, and production capacity, managing expectations proactively

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years in graphic design or multimedia production, ideally with exposure to real estate, professional services, or agency pitch/proposal work
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and remote teams.
• Proven video production and editing ability (Adobe Premiere / After Effects or equivalent) - this is not a design-only role
• Experience building simple websites or interactive microsites (Webflow, Framer, or similar)
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout hierarchy, and visual storytelling
• Hands-on, professional-workflow experience with AI image/content-generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL‑E, Runway, or similar)
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint/pitch-deck design
• A genuinely fast learner who tracks and adopts new creative and AI tools on their own initiative
• Comfort working under real pitch deadlines, including same-day or overnight turnarounds
• Nice to have Experience with GIS or geospatial visualisation tools (ArcGIS, Mapbox, or similar)
• Prior exposure to site selection, location intelligence, or commercial real estate
• Experience collaborating across time zones with a distributed creative team
