JLL seeks a visionary Creative Design Manager dedicated to crafting bespoke, high-impact visual designs for major client pitches in APAC. You will lead creative direction, translate narratives into client-tailored design experiences, and coordinate with in-country Pursuits Leads and India’s design Centre of Excellence.

You will manage multiple pursuits under deadlines, mentor designers, and ensure premium quality visuals that reflect client insights and JLL branding.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of bespoke pitch/presentation design.
• Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Canva; scalable use per output needs.

JLL is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Creative Design Manager dedicated exclusively to crafting bespoke, high-impact visual designs for JLL's most significant client pitches. In this role, you will be the creative lead who transforms strategic pitch narratives into compelling, tailored design experiences - working directly with in-country APAC Pursuits Leads, APAC's Creative & Innovation Lead and Leasing Advisory brokers across the region. Your designs will set the tone for winning proposals by reflecting deep client insight, JLL's brand excellence, and innovative storytelling. You will own the creative outcome end to end, setting the direction (from concept and mood boards), briefing Pursuits' offshore JBS design Centre of Excellence in India to produce the materials, staying close through review, and holding the quality bar through to final delivery.

What you'll do

• End-to-End Pitch Ownership & Cross-Regional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Regional Pursuits Leads, Creative & Innovation Lead, and Brokers to deeply understand pitch strategy, client context, and differentiators
• Proactively build trusted relationships with both local Pursuits teams and the India design unit to enhance collaboration, reduce friction, and accelerate delivery
• Manage multiple concurrent priority pursuits under deadline pressure, balancing speed with quality
• Proactively set clear expectations with stakeholders and maintain transparent, timely communication across teams to ensure alignment, manage scope, and mitigate risks throughout the pursuit lifecycle
• Execute final refinements to ensure the pitch deck/final deliverable is polished, cohesive, and fully aligned with stakeholder expectations
• Concept & creative direction
• Translate complex pitch requirements into bespoke mood boards, custom content layouts, and original design mock-ups for each strategic opportunity, going beyond templates to deliver truly client-specific design solutions.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and secure timely design approvals through confident communication and agile iteration.
• Delivery with the JBS Centre of Excellence
• Comprehensively brief JBS design Centre of Excellence in India , providing annotated guidance, source files, style notes, and clear expectations for full document production.
• Act as the quality guardian : conduct structured reviews at key milestones, provide precise feedback, and ensure all visuals maintain consistency, accuracy, and premium quality.
• Mentor and guide designers by distilling complex briefs into actionable direction and championing best practices in visual storytelling, typography, and layout.
• Establish realistic, transparent timelines that account for review cycles, stakeholder availability, and production capacity - managing expectations proactively.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating bespoke pitch, proposal, or presentation design - ideally in real estate, consulting, finance, or professional services.
• Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Canva (or similar rapid-design platforms); ability to leverage each tool strategically based on output needs.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to develop original, non-templated design solutions that reflect client industry, culture, and strategic priorities.
• Exceptional visual storytelling skills - able to structure information hierarchically and emotionally engage executive audiences.
• High adaptability and resilience when working under tight deadlines and evolving scope.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and remote teams.
• Experience briefing and managing offshore creative teams is strongly preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail, from kerning and colour accuracy to data visualisation integrity.
• A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a passion for elevating pitch quality through design excellence.
