Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Multimedia Design Manager in Makati, Philippines, to lead end-to-end pitch design, create compelling visual storytelling, and drive AI-enhanced delivery across APAC pursuits. You will coordinate with regional leads, offshore teams, and brokers to translate strategy into polished materials under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years in graphic design or multimedia production, ideally in real estate, agency pitch work.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication; comfortable with senior stakeholders and remote teams.
• Proven video production and editing ability (Adobe Premiere / After Effects or equivalent).
• Experience building simple websites or interactive microsites (Webflow, Framer, or similar).
• Strong branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling understanding.
• Hands-on experience with AI image/content-generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, Runway).
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint/pitch-deck design.
• Fast learner; capable of meeting tight pitch deadlines, including same-day or overnight turnarounds.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Pitch Ownership & Cross-Regional Collaboration: collaborate with regional leads and brokers to understand pitch strategy and context.
• Translate pitch strategy into compelling visual storytelling and brief offshore design teams.
• Develop the creative concept and apply Pursuits tech offerings for each priority pursuit.
• Produce or direct short-form video and motion content to elevate pitches.
• Build bespoke JLL microsites and support internal Pursuits microsites.
• Apply AI tools to create on-brand visuals and interactive elements; integrate outputs into narratives.
• Act as the quality guardian, conducting structured reviews and ensuring premium finish.
