Qualifications

• 5+ years of motion design experience for digital/screen-based work.
• Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, composition, layout, timing.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion for websites, digital campaigns, launches, and screen-based work.
• Bring visual concepts to life through animation, transitions, motion systems, and interactive elements.
• Collaborate with designers and creative leads to ensure motion aligns with the overall visual direction.
• Translate static designs into polished motion with strong visual consistency.
• Create motion for modern digital platforms using web/interactive formats and workflows.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure smooth concept-to-implementation motion.
• Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail throughout the work.
