Qualifications

• 6+ years in Art Direction, Visual Design, Brand Design, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual craft across websites and campaigns.
• Experience creating digital-first creative work for websites and campaigns.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and brand expression skills.
• Ability to develop distinctive visual directions and bring them to life hands-on.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern digital workflows.
• Experience with brands, agencies, design studios, or independent partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction of digital-first creative work across websites, campaigns, launches, and other online touchpoints.
• Develop distinctive visual concepts and systems that bring brands to life through typography, color, layout, imagery, and digital storytelling.
• Turn brand strategy and creative ideas into distinctive, high-quality work for digital platforms.
• Create visual directions that feel cohesive across websites, campaigns, and other digital touchpoints while giving each project a distinct point of view.
• Partner closely with designers, strategists, copywriters, motion designers, and creative leads throughout the creative process.
• Stay hands-on in the work, bringing concepts to life while maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail.
• Explore new tools, technologies, and creative approaches that help push digital creative work forward.
