Responsibilities include verifying income/credit documents, maintaining records in Encompass or Calyx, and staying current on industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience in residential lending.
• Familiar with FHA/VA/conventional loans and loan guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple files and strict deadlines.
• Accuracy in reviewing income, assets, and documentation.
• Experience with Encompass or Calyx loan processing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication with borrowers and partners.
