Job summary

CACEIS seeks a Head of Compliance (MLRO) for the Singapore Branch to lead regulatory compliance and AML/CFT efforts. You will oversee risk assessments, control plans, and testing for funds and clients, reporting to management and coordinating with Group AML teams.

English is mandatory; experience with funds, regulatory regimes, and liaison with regulators is required. The role offers a challenging, globally connected environment and career development at a major asset servicing group.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of regulatory framework for funds services and compliance
• Experience implementing AML/financial crime controls and risk assessments
• Ability to lead control plan development and testing across Funds

Responsibilities

• Act as MLCO and Compliance Officer for the business and funds
• Investigate internal SARs and ensure risk assessments are in place
• Develop or maintain control plans for each client and Fund
• Ensure timely completion of compliance testing and reporting
• Collaborate with Group AML/Compliance for process improvement
• Prepare local management reports and oversee regulator inquiries
• Manage local procedures and participate in enterprise-wide compliance initiatives
• Liaise with regulators on regulatory topics
