Search Personnel Pte Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Associate - Audit / Regulatory Compliance to support day-to-day regulatory activities, review CDD, sanctions and PEP screening, and assist with EDD for risk mitigation. Position: Compliance Associate - Audit / Regulatory Compliance
Location: Central - Near Raffles Place MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): $S4,000 - $S$4,400 per month + Performance Bonus

Candidates with audit experience who are looking to transition into regulatory compliance are encouraged to apply. Prior regulatory compliance and/or AML/CFT experience would be advantageous but is not mandatory, as candidates with strong audit, risk assessment, controls review and analytical experience will also be considered.
Support day-to-day regulatory compliance and AML/CFT activities.
Review Client Due Diligence (CDD) documents and assess client risk classifications.
Review screening alerts relating to sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and adverse news.
Support Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and appropriate risk mitigation measures.
Assist in compliance monitoring, testing, documentation and preparation of reports.
Keep abreast of relevant regulatory developments in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Support updates to compliance policies, procedures and internal controls.
Coordinate information requests from regulators, auditors and relevant stakeholders.
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Law or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of audit experience gained in a professional services firm or large organisation.
Regulatory Compliance and/or AML/CFT experience will be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
Good written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear compliance documentation and communicate effectively with clients, regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
