Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Senior Middleware Integration Developer to design, implement, and maintain robust integration solutions. You will develop APIs, optimize EDI workflows, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by tackling integration challenges, coordinating with vendors, and driving secure, scalable architecture within a hybrid work setting in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field required.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Senior Middleware Integration Developer.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Java, Python or C# with hands-on experience.
• Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, Boomi).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and message queues.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, XML, JSON, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of security protocols (SSL/TLS, OAuth, SAML).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Middleware Integration Developer to design, implement, and maintain robust integration solutions. You will develop APIs, optimize EDI workflows, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. If you have strong technical expertise and a passion for scalable, secure integration architecture, join us to drive innovation and efficiency.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

1. Develop Integration Solutions:

   • Design and implement middleware components, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).

   • Build and optimize EDI workflows (e.g., 850, 856, 810 transactions).

2. Maintain System Reliability:

   • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes for performance and uptime.

   • Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues promptly.

3. Collaborate Across Teams:

   • Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

   • Coordinate with external vendors for middleware and EDI platform updates.

4. Drive Continuous Improvement:

   • Recommend enhancements to integration architecture for scalability and security.

   • Stay current with emerging middleware technologies and best practices.
     

Who are we looking for?
