Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Senior Middleware Developer to design, build, optimise, and maintain enterprise integration solutions across customer systems, third-party warehouses, Salesforce, ERP, EDI, and OpenText. You will ensure reliable data flow, system interoperability, and scalable performance.

What is your mission?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Middleware Developer to design, build, optimise, and maintain enterprise integration solutions across customer systems, third-party warehouse platforms, Salesforce, ERP, EDI, and OpenText. The role focuses on ensuring reliable data flow, system interoperability, integration performance, security, and scalability while supporting critical business operations.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Design and implement integration workflows between internal and external platforms.
• Build, optimise, and maintain middleware integrations for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Monitor data transmissions and validate the accuracy of inbound and outbound transactions.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Resolve middleware, data mapping, connectivity, and system interoperability issues.
• Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors regarding middleware platform updates and technical concerns.
• Support integrations involving customers, third-party warehouses, Salesforce, ERP, EDI, and OpenText.
• Recommend improvements to integration architecture, security, and system performance.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support procedures.
• Stay current with middleware technologies, integration patterns, and development best practices.

Who are we looking?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of middleware development or enterprise integration experience.
• Strong experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, and Boomi.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of security protocols including SSL/TLS, OAuth, and SAML.
• Experience transmitting and supporting EDI documents.
• Experience with the OpenText platform.
• Experience with cloud integration services in AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Middleware certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or IBM Certified System Administrator.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, ERP systems, warehouse platforms, and third-party applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong enterprise integration and middleware development skills.
• Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple integration projects and priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
