HRTX is seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise CRM Integration Developer to architect, build, and optimize core business applications. You will own end-to-end Salesforce development and bridge CRM workflows with Oracle database infrastructure through custom REST APIs.
The role requires 8+ years in software engineering with Salesforce delivery, strong Apex/Visualforce/SOQL expertise, and experience with Service Cloud, Agile workflows, Git, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise CRM Integration Developer to architect, build, and optimize core business applications. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end Salesforce development while bridging CRM workflows with backend Oracle database infrastructure through custom REST APIs.
CRM Application Engineering: Code, configure, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL) to support Case Management, Knowledge Base, and entitlement processes.
Backend & API Integrations: Design high-performance RESTful APIs to sync data between Salesforce and Oracle DB; craft optimized SQL/PL-SQL and SOQL queries for seamless data exchange.
Support System Optimization: Structure Service Cloud modules and self-service capabilities to enhance operational workflows and issue resolution rates.
SDLC & Technical Support: Oversee full-lifecycle feature delivery—from initial requirements analysis to production deployment and root-cause troubleshooting.
Documentation & Agile Delivery: Produce integration maps, data schemas, and technical blueprints while actively contributing to Agile/Azure DevOps practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
8+ years of proven software engineering experience with deep technical delivery on Salesforce
Strong expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce, declarative Flows, and SOQL
Solid working knowledge of Oracle DB (SQL, PL/SQL) and enterprise API integration patterns
Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud setup and features
Background in Agile workflows, Git version control, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience
Active Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud)
Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud contract modules
Familiarity with data migration tools (Data Loader, Salesforce DX, MuleSoft)
