Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Senior Middleware Developer to design, build, optimize, and maintain integration solutions that connect enterprise systems and external platforms. You will ensure reliable data flow across customer systems, third-party warehouses, Salesforce, ERP, EDI, and OpenText.

You will design and implement integration workflows, monitor transmissions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with vendors to improve architecture, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 4–5 years of middleware or enterprise integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration workflows between internal and external platforms.
• Optimize middleware integrations for reliability, scalability and performance.
• Monitor data transmissions and validate inbound/outbound transactions.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with external vendors on middleware updates and concerns.
• Maintain integration specifications and technical documentation.
