Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines seeks a Senior Middleware Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise integration solutions across Salesforce, ERP, EDI, and OpenText. You will ensure reliable data flow, system interoperability, and scalable performance while supporting critical business operations.

Collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors, you will implement robust integration architectures, perform troubleshooting, and maintain thorough documentation of specifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–5 years of middleware development or enterprise integration experience.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, Boomi.
• Programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, and scripting languages.
• Security protocols: SSL/TLS, OAuth, SAML.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration workflows between internal and external platforms.
• Build, optimise, and maintain middleware integrations for reliability and performance.
• Monitor data transmissions and validate inbound/outbound transactions.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with external vendors regarding middleware platform updates.
• Support integrations involving Salesforce, ERP, EDI, and OpenText.
• Maintain technical documentation and integration specifications.
