Job summary

ISupport Worldwide is seeking a Senior Middleware Developer to design, build, and maintain integration solutions that connect our enterprise systems and external platforms such as Salesforce, ERP, EDI, and Opentext.

You will monitor middleware reliability, troubleshoot issues, gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors to keep platforms updated and secure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–5 years of middleware integration experience.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new integration workflows.
• Optimize existing middleware workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot middleware processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.
