Job summary

TAG HR is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Software Developer for a long-term contract in the National Capital Region, Canada. The role is hybrid/remote within Canada, focusing on modernizing enterprise capabilities using Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Dataverse.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, integrating Graph APIs and custom connectors. The successful candidate will have deep Microsoft 365 development experience, strong architecture skills,

Qualifications

Ten+ years in the last 15 years delivering designs and implementations within a Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience with Planner, SharePoint Graph API, Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Entra ID, and Graph API.
Ability to evaluate Microsoft capability options, design patterns, and architectural approaches.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Microsoft 365 business solutions following approved architectures.
Develop reusable components to reduce technical debt and speed delivery.
Integrate with Microsoft Graph APIs and build REST/OAuth-enabled connectors.
Create and test Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify processes and data requirements.
Deliver knowledge transfer and technical documentation to teams.
