Job summary

Emapta Global is seeking a Senior Media Buyer & Funnel Specialist to lead Meta advertising campaigns, build funnels in HighLevel, and optimize conversion across client accounts. You will manage landing pages, automations, and performance analytics while collaborating with global teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, creative testing, and leveraging AI tools to improve results. Remote work with international clients offers growth and flexible scheduling within a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Meta advertising experience.
• Strong experience with HighLevel (GHL), including funnels, landing pages, and automations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of lead-generation marketing, offers, and conversion optimization.
• Experience analyzing landing page performance.
• Strong copywriting skills and creative judgment.
• Experience with tracking, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Proficiency in using AI in daily workflows.
• Resourceful, independent and data-driven decision maker.
• Ability to thrive in a small company with multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Funnel Building & Automation: Build landing pages, forms, funnels, and automations in HighLevel CRM.
• Meta Advertising: Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns; refresh creative assets and scale lead gen campaigns.
• Strategy & Analysis: Monitor performance, optimize CPL, landing page conversions, and spend.
• Offers & Creative: Develop offers, hooks, ad copy, video scripts, and creative concepts.
• Reporting, AI & Contractor Management: Prepare client-ready reports, leverage AI for analysis and copy, manage freelancers as needed.
