Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in MEPFS operations supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEPFS operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
• Manage contractors and projects including bidding, inspections, and progress monitoring to meet standards and timelines.
• Ensure optimal utility performance through monitoring, analysis, and corrective actions on water and power consumption.
• Support tenant coordination by reviewing MEPFS plans and inspecting technical service concerns.
• Promote safety and ongoing technical training among staff.
