Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and prior supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, patient services, or concierge operations.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily medical concierge operations and staff coverage
• Coordinate patient appointments, transportation, and special service requests
• Support VIP, executive, or international patient service arrangements
• Respond to patient and family inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve escalated service concerns and communicate updates promptly
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline patient support
• Monitor service quality, workflow efficiency, and patient satisfaction trends
• Help train, coach, and onboard concierge team members
• Maintain accurate records of requests, follow-ups, and service outcomes
