Job summary
PAN ASIA HR CONSULTING PH INC. is seeking a senior maintenance leader for heavy industry operations in the Philippines. You will oversee maintenance strategy, asset care, and reliability programs across fixed plant and mobile equipment fleets.
The ideal candidate has a BE/E background, 5+ years in leadership, 10+ years in heavy industry, and hands-on experience with CMMS (SAP/Maximo) and RCA techniques to drive safety and uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; senior trade qualification considered.
- 5+ years in senior maintenance leadership or management.
- 10+ years in heavy industry (mining, quarrying, manufacturing, plant operations).
- Experience managing fixed plant equipment including crushers and conveyors, and mobile equipment fleets.
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), preventive/predictive maintenance, and equipment reliability practices.
- Knowledge of MSHA/OSHA safety regulations and maintenance safety standards.
- Advanced skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and predictive maintenance technologies.
