Job summary

Globe Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to serve as the technical authority for mechanical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems across Globe sites in the Philippines. The role governs design, operations, and lifecycle asset management to ensure thermal reliability and safety compliance.

Qualified candidates are licensed Professional Mechanical Engineers with 10–15 years in mechanical design, construction, and operations, including chilled water systems and AI-ready thermal design.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in mechanical systems design, construction, and operations.
• Licensed PME is required.
• Experience in data center design, operation, or similar mission-critical facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for mechanical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems across Globe Group sites.
• Lead design reviews for new builds, retrofits, and AI-ready upgrades to ensure design integrity.
• Approve and stamp drawings and documents to formalize submissions and maintain records.
• Oversee commissioning of chillers, pumps, and related systems to ensure safe handover.
• Drive reliability audits, system performance tests, and energy optimization initiatives.
