Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a proactive Project Manager to support an Australian engineering consultancy. The role focuses on leading mechanical design and delivering building services across multiple projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with Australian standards.

The position requires a mechanical engineering background, proficiency in Revit/Bluebeam, and experience in consultancy environments. Hybrid work is available with office presence in Eastwood, Libis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in hydraulic (plumbing) design.
• Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects within a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam or any other similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and delivery across building services projects.
• Coordinate mechanical with other disciplines, consultants and contractors.
• Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection and system sizing.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the full project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with Australian standards and project requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Attend site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee project deliverables.
