Outsourced.ph in Manila is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical building services design in a hybrid Eastwood, Libis setting. The role involves coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects meet technical standards.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with hydraulic design experience, proficiency in Revit or Bluebeam, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. Office visits and site work are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in hydraulic (plumbing) design
• Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects within a consultancy environment
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam or any other similar software.

Responsabilités

• Leading mechanical design and delivery across a variety of building services projects
• Coordinating mechanical services with other disciplines, consultants and contractors
• Heat load calculations, equipment selection and system sizing
• Managing stakeholder relationships across the full project lifecycle
• Ensuring designs comply with relevant Australian standards, codes and project requirements
• Conducting design reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain technical standards
• Attending site inspections and resolving technical issues
• Mentoring and supporting junior and intermediate engineers
• Managing project deliverables, priorities and deadlines
