Outsourced.ph, a leading ISO-certified Philippines offshore outsourcing company, is seeking a Proactive Project Manager for a client in Australia. The role focuses on coordinating mechanical building services projects, stakeholder management, and ensuring quality across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have an engineering background, experience in consultancy environments, and proficiency with Revit or Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience delivering mechanical building services within a consultancy.
• Proficiency with Revit or Bluebeam or similar software is expected.

Responsabilités

• Lead mechanical design and delivery across building services projects.
• Coordinate mechanical with other disciplines, consultants and contractors.
• Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection and sizing.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with Australian standards and project requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and QA checks to maintain standards.
• Attend site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team growth.
• Manage project deliverables, priorities and deadlines.
