Job summary

Responsibilities

New Projects: design and improve assembly equipment using 2D/3D drawings and supervise prototype fabrication.
Production Issue Resolution: track issues, analyze data, and coordinate with technicians to provide solutions.
Production Process Improvement: identify opportunities, develop plans, and implement actions with cross-functional teams.
Production Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep: develop maintenance plans and supervise execution, ensuring safety compliance.
Production Documentation: write and update engineering docs; manage engineering changes.
