The role leads the project’s results framework, indicators, monitoring plans, databases, and reporting systems, while strengthening knowledge management throughout the lifecycle, in collaboration with the PEF MEAL officer.

• Lead the development and operationalization of the project's results framework, indicators, and monitoring plans.
• Develop databases, reporting systems, accountability mechanisms and a learning agenda.
