UN Atlas in the Philippines is seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Associate to support the Project Manager in establishing and operating the MEAL system for Mindanao peacebuilding projects. The role focuses on tracking results, producing analytical outputs, and informing governance and stabilization initiatives.

The position requires strong M&E experience, data collection and analysis skills, and proficiency with MS Office; collaboration with local authorities, civil society, and field visits

Formación

• Minimum seven years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation support for peacebuilding or development projects with secondary education, or four years with a university degree.
• Experience in results-based M&E, data collection and analysis, project reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and contribute to knowledge management.

Responsabilidades

• Support project planning, design, and management, and produce analytical outputs on project work and emerging issues.
• Maintain and update the M&E plan and develop M&E tools.
• Facilitate data collection and analysis, including field visits to gather insights.
• Prepare consolidated project reports and contribute to knowledge management and reporting materials.
