UNDP Philippines is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate based in Cotabato City to support MEAL systems for Peacebuilding projects. The role involves coordinating with government, civil society, and partners to monitor indicators, manage data, and ensure timely reporting and learning.

The incumbent will work under the Project Manager to strengthen accountability, learning, and risk management while building capacity of project staff and partners in MEAL practices.

Formación

• Minimum of four years experience in results-based monitoring and evaluation for peacebuilding or development projects.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing M&E data and facilitating project reporting for decision-makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, databases, and report writing.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and management of Peacebuilding Projects; provide outputs and analysis on project work and governance initiatives.
• Maintain and update the M&E plan and data repository; develop M&E tools.
• Prepare consolidated progress reports and coordinate field visits for MEAL activities.
