Job summary

Habitat for Humanity International seeks a Senior Specialist MEAL to provide senior technical MEAL expertise for TCIS projects across Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, Indonesia and Cambodia. The role supports evidence-informed improvements and learning across assigned regional programmes.

The incumbent will lead theories of change, indicators and MEAL plans, and guide data collection, analysis and evaluations; collaborating with programme teams to ensure consistent application of MEAL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive MEAL experience across multiple countries or regional programmes.
• Experience developing theories of change, results frameworks and MEAL plans.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills; able to manage complex technical assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of theories of change, results frameworks, MEAL plans and indicators across the region.
• Provide senior MEAL support, coaching and guidance to project teams in Southeast Asia.
• Integrate MEAL requirements into project management and reporting systems.
• Design and review monitoring, data collection, reporting and data-quality approaches.
