Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer – Materials & Metrology to drive sales growth for advanced materials characterization, semiconductor metrology, inspection and analytical solutions across Southeast Asia. You will manage the full sales cycle, build distributor networks and collaborate with application teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Materials & Metrology solutions in line with business strategy and market direction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor fabs, manufacturing customers, research institutes, universities and strategic accounts.
• Understand customer technical and application requirements and recommend appropriate metrology, inspection and analytical solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closing, including proposals, negotiations and delivery.
• Develop and manage distributor relationships, including sales planning, opportunity reviews, forecasting and customer follow-up.
• Monitor market trends, customer investment plans, emerging applications and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Work closely with application specialists, service engineers, R&D teams and overseas technical teams to develop comprehensive customer solutions.
• Support marketing initiatives including exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product demonstrations and customer training.
• Track customer requirements, technical clarifications, project schedules, acceptance criteria and cross-functional action items.
• Contribute to strategic business planning and market development activities across Singapore, Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
