Kwontified is hiring a Marketplace Account Manager in Metro Manila to own a pod of client brands end-to-end—from strategy and planning to execution, analytics, and client communication. You will manage Seller Central and Vendor Central operations, optimize catalogs, and drive profitable growth through data-driven decisions.

The role demands deep Amazon operations knowledge, strong forecasting, and the ability to tell a cohesive story in quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on marketplace account experience including expert navigation of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Demonstrated ownership of a brand or multi-brand book: strategy, catalog, merchandising, assortment, pricing, inventory, profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop written marketplace growth strategy per brand with quarterly milestones and KPIs.
• Create monthly revenue forecasts accounting for seasonality, promotions, and launches.
• Onboard new clients with 50-day audits, content setup, store build, and launch sequencing.
• Conduct competitive/category analysis using Brand Analytics, Helium 10 or equivalent.
• Own the quarterly business review process end-to-end, surface upsell opportunities, and coordinate with ads or other services.
• Oversee catalog audits, SEO-driven copy, A+ Content, Brand Story, and variation architecture.
