Job summary

JPMorganChase Manila seeks a Marketing Transformation Senior Associate to advance AI-enabled innovation and a modern data foundation for Home Lending marketing. You will support roadmaps, delivery, testing, and adoption of new data products and campaign workflows.

Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data & Analytics teams, you will help implement platform developments, maintain project plans, and ensure compliance and risk alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing transformation, marketing operations, product delivery, analytics enablement, or consulting/PMO-type roles.
• Demonstrated ability to support end-to-end delivery for cross-functional initiatives.
• Working knowledge of data foundations and AI-enabled/automation workflows in a marketing context.
• Comfort operating in Agile delivery environments and supporting ceremonies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of roadmaps for marketing campaign operational data products, including documentation and delivery tracking.
• Assist in implementation activities related to AI-ready data architecture supporting campaign processes and automated workflows (e.g., UAT).
• Partner with Data & Analytics to support a unified customer data platform aggregating data types.
• Support delivery of integrated workflow orchestration connecting legacy and AI-enabled systems with RAID logs and status reporting.
• Assist teams implementing AI-enabled automation/optimization capabilities by coordinating inputs and documentation.
• Contribute to transformation of content development and asset management through process docs and tool enablement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data & Analytics on platform development and integration, capturing decisions and follow-through.
• Support governance activities by maintaining documentation aligned to compliance and risk expectations.
• Prepare updates for stakeholder forums to align priorities and sequencing (Senior Associate level).
