• 3–5 years of marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, advertising, analytics, and budget management.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, plans, campaigns, and promotions.
• Manage end-to-end campaign and advertising activities across channels.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget and allocate resources cost-effectively.
• Utilize digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, CRM, SEO/SEM, and ads.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, media partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and performance updates for management.
