Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for aRTD in the Philippines, based in Manila. You will lead brand strategy, activation, and collaboration with bottlers and partners to grow alcoholic beverage brands across the Philippines and Singapore.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive localized campaigns, and advance end-to-end consumer experiences. Strong leadership and 8–10 years in spirits, aRTD or beer are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or preferred.
• Direct experience with global brands and marketing activation is highly desirable.
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
• Experience with social-first and experience-led marketing campaigns.
• Broad knowledge of the alcohol sector and HORECA channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt global and regional brand plans for local markets, aligned with regional teams and bottling partners.
• Input into end-to-end consumer and shopper engagement strategies; identify market-specific opportunities.
• Lead brand activation in-market including POS, promos, experiential marketing, and events with bottlers and partners.
• Lead transcreation, localization, and real-time amplification of campaigns with agencies across ATL & BTL.
• Manage bottler alignment on plan objectives, investments, metrics, and calendars; support customer and shopper marketing with key accounts.
