Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a seasoned marketer to conceptualize, design, and execute marketing materials across channels, enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with brand objectives, design social media content, emails, digital ads, and print collateral, and ensure consistent branding across all channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and at least 5 years of experience in marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably Marketing related course
• At least 5 years of work experience in marketing program development and materials and communication management
• Can conceptualize, implement and manage various programs

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and execute marketing materials across channels to enhance brand awareness and drive sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and objectives
• Design and produce marketing materials (social media, emails, digital ads, print collateral, presentations) and ensure consistency across channels
• Ensure branding, visual identity and design standards across all materials
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance creatives' effectiveness
• Ensure materials are developed per branding guidelines and delivered on schedule
• Communicate updates across channels (printed, online, digital, internal briefings)
• Handle assigned communication cases within agreed timeframes and standards
• Execute other communication management tasks as needed
