Job summary

BDO Unibank seeks candidates to provide service to clients for account opening, POS placements, SDB and after-sales inquiries. You will assist the Marketing Officer, handle daily banking activities and ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies.

This role supports achieving the bank's financial targets and may include other duties as assigned. The position requires a bachelor's degree, strong computer skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with assignment in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
Proficiency in computer and business applications.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
Willing to be assigned in Cubao Area.

Responsibilities

Providing service to clients relative to account opening, placements, SDB, client inquiries and after sales services.
Assisting Marketing Officer in selling the banks products and services.
Performing start and end of day banking activities.
Ensuring correctness and completion of transaction documents used in processing; timely completion of end-of-day transactions and activities.
Ensuring compliance to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control and regulatory requirements.
Assisting in achieving bank’s financial targets.
Performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
