Genpact is hiring a Marketing Automation Developer to design, build, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, and forms. You will work with marketers to implement workflows, ensure data quality, and deliver performance insights.

The role emphasizes HTML/CSS/JS coding, campaign asset creation, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Onsite work in Alabang and BGC is expected, with opportunities to influence global campaigns.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years Digital Marketing experience including marketing automation campaigns, email campaigns, social media
• 1-2 years in any marketing automation platform
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script (Coding background)
• Creation/Builder of campaigns and assets
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, highly organized, good time management skills
• Strong English communication

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, test, and optimize automated marketing campaigns
• Create emails and landing pages
• Build and manage forms and campaigns based on provided workflows
• Track, report, and analyze campaign performance and metrics
• Lead process implementation, improvement, and knowledge sharing sessions
• Prepare necessary reports when needed
