Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end transitions and project management initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, clients, and business leaders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives while minimizing risks. You will mentor Project Managers and Transition Leads, drive process improvements, and ensure governance and quality across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in project management, transitions, or operations.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven experience with large-scale client implementations.
• PM methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid.
• Industry experience in BPO/shared services/healthcare/tech is a plus.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition projects from planning to closure.
• Manage client implementations across multiple accounts.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, governance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Training, IT, HR, Finance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Establish governance with status meetings and updates.
• Drive continuous improvement of transition methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with standards and contracts.
• Mentor Project Managers and Transition Leads.
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
