Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Leader for Integration, Data Transformation, and Program Management to drive the Transformation and Data Group’s agenda in the Philippines.

You will develop a comprehensive integration strategy, shape the long-term data transformation roadmap, and translate data value into measurable business outcomes. You will design dashboards and scorecards, track enterprise initiatives, and foster cross-functional collaboration to sustain continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Integration Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy for the Transformation and Data Group, aligning transformation and data initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Data Transformation: Shape the long-term strategy of Data, including articulating and demonstrating the value of data as a strategic asset and translating into measurable value.
• Program Management: Design and execute a standard cadence of operations and run rhythm of business for Transformation and Data Group by developing dashboards and scorecards for key metrics, tracking progress of enterprise-wide initiatives, and identifying key roadblocks and working efficiently to remove them.
• Stakeholder Influence and Collaboration: Foster collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders across departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of Transformation and Data Group initiatives with the broader organizational goals, fostering a culture of cross-functional teamwork.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within the Transformation and Data Group, implementing best practices and refining strategies to enhance overall performance and drive continuous improvement across programs and initiatives.
